Cyber Monday gaffe
I had seen a couch on the website weeks ago and had made my mind to get a new one before the end of the year. I decided to shop during Cyber Monday and found a decent price for it, but unfortunately had to go through hoops to get to the finish line with additional fees and charges along the way such as an inexplicable sales tax, a hefty shipping fee and obscure online financing options. I was able to complete the purchase but at the end i felt spent and unsatisfied with the experience. I hope the product does live to the reviews.
