The real-time online customer service rep on the home page was very helpful. As a first time customer, I couldn't fully understand how the voucher program worked. Also, after doing somewhat of extensive research on Rove Concepts company/customer reviews and finding out about the complaints regarding delivery issues and non-responsive customer service, I was hesitant to commit thousands of dollars to them. I stright-up asked the online customer service rep about my concerns. He or she patiently explained to me about those previous issues. To me, the concerns I had got resolved by the management, so I went ahead and made the purchase online. We haven't received anything yet, but so far, everything has been great. Hopefully, we'll get what we ordered on-time without any issues. I'll leave another review after we receive the products.
