I had multiple delays getting the items…

I had multiple delays getting the items I ordered. It was really frustrating. The Rove team was always pleasant and helpful but were not authorized to offer discounts or remove shipping costs to compensate, which was both disappointing and very different from their competitors.

We were experiencing unexpected delays due to the pandemic so we do sincerely appreciate your patience with your order . Due to the increased volume of orders, we have since made changes to our operations, which will make delays less common and lead time to resume back to normal.
