Just placed our second order. We were pleased with the quality of our first purchase, so we decided to try again. The website worked smoothly, but it could be a bit more friendly - there are no editing links for addresses on the cart review page which requires one to go back to make any changes. Also noted that PO Boxes are not accepted for billing addresses: shipping addresses are understandable, but billing to PO Boxes is common. Otherwise all went smoothly and we look forward to receiving our order. One last comment: your “flat rate” shipping costs are not so flat when shipping addresses are located in areas that your transport company does not directly service. We ship to our son’s address because our zip code (less than an hour away) adds $100 to the cost! We are in Washington State, not Alaska, Hawaii, or the east coast.
