I found the ordering process really easy the color swatches came in super fast which I was pleased with.
I wish the shipping was cheaper (my only complaint) it was $379 I don't think I will be willing to pay that again if I want something else.
As well I loved the fact that the modular sofa's you can design your self. Something I also found helpful was a youtube video that showed the couch in real life, also looking at the tagged Instagram photos when shopping for a couch online to get a better idea of what it will look like.
