Late delivery

I have 2 orders, the first one I do not have any ideia when it will be shipped. The second one is, apparently, in process to be shipped, but it is taking longer than expected and no firm date has been communicated yet. I understand that Covid is a problem to all companies, but I suggest a real shipping expectation should be given to the buyers when closing the order in the website. In this way we would have the chance to better define if our needs match your delivery estimate date. This would avoid frustration at our end.

As some of the products we carry are on pre-order, we do our best to provide the estimated dates on which these products will arrive at the warehouse which is listed on the product page. We were experiencing unexpected delays due to the pandemic so we do sincerely appreciate your patience with your order. Due to the increased volume of orders, we have since made changes to our operations, which will make delays less common and lead time to resume back to normal.
