Awful Delivery and Customer Service

Rove Concepts delivery and customer service is absolutely garbage; I will never order anything from them again. Here's why:

1. Scheduled delivery date no one showed up or called to confirm they were coming. Can't even reach anyone to figure out whats going on.
2. Rescheduled for another day, but the day before the rescheduled delivery date, they called me to say they were 10 minutes away. I had no idea they would even attempt to deliver today until they called me. Thankfully I was there but how unprofessional to show up at my place during an unscheduled time; what if I wasn't home or was busy?
3. Delivery experience was awful. If I could give negative stars I would. Delivery person was rude, and giving me attitude. Wouldn't even help to deliver the heavy items in doors (sure the delivery is to the front of the dry area, but seriously you can't help me push it in the front door??? what kind of bull is that?). Wouldn't let me inspect the packages for refusal of delivery because I would take too long? I literally only need 1 minute to inspect packages for damages, which the boxes came HEAVILY damaged in.
4. When I brought this up to Rove, they said this is all as intended and they wouldn't even entertain some sort of refund for the delivery given my awful experience. Then the agent proceeded to hang up on me without warning or resolving my issue with delivery.

Rove and their delivery company treats their customers the same: they don't care about you once you pay them. No matter how wonderful the furniture looks, it is not worth the hassle of dealing with them. Stay FAR away; you can find similar looking furniture without wanting to pull your hair out or having a stressful day.
