My review concerns only the online ordering process, as I have not been informed my items are ready for pickup. I found the website easy to navigate and fully informative about the items I researched. Selecting options and checking out were easy. I am pleased that there is a local (LA) pickup option. I’m not certain the website indicated the pickup address, which isn’t the studio/store location. It would be helpful to know that in advance of placing the order. I look forward to obtaining the pair of Tulip side chairs I ordered.
