Slower than expected service

Although I trust my items will be beautiful when they arrive the online shopping experience and information provided about delivery was not accurate and it took a long time for a customer care rep to contact me to let me know things had changed. Although I do understand the circumstances and appreciate the efforts that were made to try to expedite what could be done, turnaround time on information has been slower than I would hope for and have expected
