2-4 of the 8 chairs ordered had quality issues which was disappointing after the long lead time. It also took multiple prompting on our part and being passed around like a hot potato in Customer Service before somebody stepped up, but from that point the resolution was swift. We’re now happy we can enjoy our full set of dining chairs.
