Good; but some tips to make it great!
I was shopping for Rove Concept pillows and found the search function very helpful. It took me directly to all the pillows. It had all the available and custom fabrics clearly shown and listed the average dates of arrival for each fabric. You could also look at the sizes of pillow. One thing I did notice, that if you are shopping for a couch or sectional, you really have to look and read deep to find out how many pillows you will get with your purchase. It also does not tell you what size pillows you will get ( rectangular or square, 18x18 or 23x23..etc) You also are not able to mix and match fabrics/colors of pillows or even types of pillows with your couch/sectional purchase. I wish that was an option. The web page also still ‘stutters “ when scrolling. The chat feature is nice-when available. It was over the holidays and I had a time sensitive question. I did use the ‘contact us’ to send out an email which I immediately received a response stating that someone would get back to me within 24-48 hours. For me; in my particular situation- that didn’t help. However, I had bought something from Rove Concepts and I had my very own personal concierge. So I contacted him. Within hours he had helped me with my issue! I was so grateful that Rove Concept has this feature! All in all the online shopping experience was nice and informative as well as user friendly. There are some things I wish were added to the site: 1) State amount and sizes of pillows received with furniture purchases 2) Allow mix and match of pillow colors/fabrics/sizes to purchases 3) Place a Cancel order button on the site, it only explains the reason you can cancel but does not tell you how! 4) Have chat function available 24/7. Even the phone number doesn’t get you to anyone on holidays- it refers you to email or online chat ( which isn’t there)
