Website experience was good but not great.
-No link to your B2B site for me, a designer, so I Googled it myself and then saw that the waiting period takes time to get approved and it was not clear what the discount would be or how long approval would take, and if all items were eligible. I called and you were closed on Christmas Eve so I had to buy retail since only 2 were left of the item I wanted. Very disappointing.
-The bottom of the screen on your website shakes during navigation.
-It has been 2 days, and I still do not have verification of when my purchase will be shipped, and I need that info and am used to getting that fast from other vendors and websites.
-Because I don't have shipping info from you, I don't have the 20% off voucher. I would like to use it.
-The 20% off voucher is good but shipping is more expensive than the actual cost of many of the items themselves!
