We love Rove and are excited to continue to support. However, the website is very slow and there could be a bit more clarity on things like the 20% voucher and what that looks like. I am a Rove member and I see that benefit applied at checkout. I thought the voucher would also be applied at check out rather than being an amount in my account that I can use at another time. Could have used more clarity there.
