I love your products. I appreciate the authentic design and quality of manufacturing. I find your website comprehensive and I love the selections and ease of browsing through products. I found several pieces of furniture that I liked and felt well informed about materials, quality and dimensions before purchasing so that I could make the right decision.
During check out I had to refresh my info a few times for my order go through. This took some time but in the end it all went through and I look forward to the arrival of my furniture. I do find the shipping quite expensive and almost reconsidered my purchase because of shipping costs. In the end I justified this expense with the credit voucher I received from being a member. I hope that some less expensive shipping options could be available in the future.
On another note, I have ordered furniture in the past that have held up so well and have remained in near perfect shape over the two years that I have owned them. Thank you!
