We have been following Rove Concepts for years and love their curated catalog of contemporary solutions; albeit, the pricing is a bit steep (for us). Fortunately, we received a monetary gift at Christmas and decided to invest in a new couch (Anderson in Cobalt Blue Velvet). We are also considering the matching Anderson chairs; however, they are no longer in stock and we are waiting for them to be re-stocked. That was somewhat disappointing; however, we know it's a busy time of the year in terms of liquidating inventory. We had a good experience with the Concierge chat and contacted them multiple times as we explored the Rove Concepts website; however, we are still waiting to hear back re: emails that we sent to Concierge, Sales and Media teams (likely delayed responses due to seasonality/time of year). The Concierge was helpful for basic Q&A and even went as far to share opinions with us; however, they are not Interior Decorators and do not appear to have any on staff which is too bad. That would definitely be an opportunity to add value for customers. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, the best we could get for shipping was the standard shipping; however, we would have really appreciated the white glove service (an extra charge) so that we would have had help getting the couch up a flight of stairs. Not much we can do about that at this time, unfortunately. Considering the cost of these solutions, we would have also really appreciated free shipping; however, we understand that this cost of doing business if often passed down to customers or built into the price so we appreciate the transparency regardless. Offering fabric protection prior to shipping (ie. Scotch Guard or whatever else is more appropriate depending on the material) would have also been appreciated as we want to protect our investment and make sure that our Anderson Cobalt Blue Velvet couch lasts a lifetime. We are looking forward to our new couch and the evolution of our living room space as we can afford to add pieces and as they become available. We have signed up for membership and hope to use it again in 2021! Thank you and stay safe.
