The chair we received are beautifully made. Such excellent quality and are beautiful. We love them and the ordering and delivery process was east and wonderful. One chair we received had a blemish on the leather that we could not clean out. The service department heard our claim and helped us out immediately. We had another replacement ordered within 24 hours. Excellent service and quality I would recommend their products to anyone !
