I’ve made 3 purchases with Rove now. I’ve received the second order and am happy with the quality. For my most recent order the website was having trouble processing the vouchers so I called and was taken care of in a reasonable amount of time. It was very quick and easy as they just pulled up my order and processed it in a few minutes. For my first order, I placed it in mid-August and it is now almost 20 weeks later and I still have not received it. I hope the sofa and bed are worth the wait!
