Overall experience with orders so far has been very good. Customer service was helpful with cancelling an order and initiating a return, but could not confirm my rebate/voucher could be returned to me. I was surprised that this would be in question at all since I cancelled the order that the voucher was used on. The voucher was returned in the end, thankfully.
