The experience was good
The experience was good. The CSR that helped was polite and helpful, and able to maintain focus, while the website itself was very slow to load. We were able transact 3 separate items with some modifications and the CSR was helpful and overt in delays the specialisation would cause (which is fine).
One small note: I did find the discounting and sale offer somewhat confusing, as it seemed to apply to one item (table) not chairs. I didn’t really understand the difference.
