This review is about my experience with deciding and ordering a sectional couch online, not with delivery or the product itself (as it has not yet shipped). I found the site easy to use, and easy to compare various products. I liked the videos as well. The options when it came to ordering were well-described and intuitive to use. I particularly liked the inclusion of precise dimensions, as the space I have is small and such dimensions are imperative. The response once the order was placed was certainly more than adequate, explaining exactly what would happen next and how long my order would (likely) take.
