Rove Concepts has been phenomenal, not have they provided us with a stunning product, when we had shipping damage to our table base, they fixed the issue right away. We ordered the Oval Tulip table in white, (stunning) and the base was damaged during shipping. I contacted Rove Concepts with pictures of the damage, and in record time, our replacement base was on its way. I have had only one experience with damaged furniture during shipping, and Rove Concepts made the process painless. The staff was amazing, and responsive.
I love Rove Concepts, we live in a more rural area and dont have access to the modern quality pieces you could get in a larger city. Rove is my Go To now for these kinds of pieces.
