We got our couch in record time! We did have to call the shipper directly but once we did, they were able to deliver it the next day so we got it in a little over a week from when we purchased which was amazing and unexpected. The fabric was a bit imprinted by the packaging in a few areas but they are providing some compensation for that as well as tips on how to remove.
