I was very pleased overall with the customer service I received. However, the person I dealt with came up with a personalized quote for me (based on an unfortunate mis order where I ordered the wrong item) with the best discount he could give me. I thought it was great until I realized it was the same price on the website. I would have rather him just tell me to go online and order. It felt a bit dishonest and pointless really.
