Customer service has been very courteous and helpful.They replied quickly to my question. I'm really happy that my modular sofa will be arriving in only several weeks. And, their member and voucher programs are excellent; I just ordered my second furniture item! I look forward to receiving my furniture. In fact, I can't wait!
