From start to finish, ordering from Rove Concepts was a pleasure. The concierge service offered is top notch - communication was always timely, extremely thorough/clear, as well as friendly and courteous. I couldn't be happier with the sofa (Hugo sectional in glacier grey vintage velvet) I ordered. It's absolutely stunning, super comfortable, the delivery guys were great. I'm still settling in and will need a few more items once I get a feel for the flow of the space... looking forward to ordering from Rove again for sure. It's worth noting that I custom ordered rose gold legs for the sofa, which were going to take some time to arrive in the US. The sofa itself was in stock in my desired configuration/fabric/color, so Jennifer (concierge who reached out to me) suggested having the product delivered to me as soon as possible with the standard chrome legs and then sending over a team member at a future date to deliver/install the desired legs. Upon arrival, the box only had enough legs to support half of the couch (not a big deal and surely a minor oversight in the midst of global shipping delays)... the delivery team simply placed the two-seat part of the sectional on my floor, taking care to remove any sharp hardware from the base and storing it accordingly for the next install. I emailed Jennifer to thank her for setting up a smooth delivery and to let her know that a few "temporary" legs were missing. Within minutes, I had two emails: one apologizing for the oversight, the other was a shipment confirmation for the chrome legs to complete the look while awaiting the rose gold legs. I cannot thank her or the team enough for moving so quickly and putting such great emphasis on exceptional customer service.
