Pillow shopping and membership …
I have shopped more times than I like to admit on Rove Concepts. This time I actually purchased pillows. I ordered the large square inside pillows (3) in cobalt velvet which were in stock. I am a member which I highly recommend. Cost $48, a bit high but I have not received them as of yet to attest to the quality. I ordered the Milo modular sectional and wanted some large accessory pillows that will match the large cobalt velvet pouff I ordered. Hopefully they will match. Within a day I have received a tracking for my pillows. I did have a question upon checking out and immediately sent an email to customer service. I have yet to get a response. Which is disappointing. My issue is the way Rove’s receipt is listed. I used a $50 voucher on my order and it is not listed on the receipt, but is no longer in my voucher account ($0.00). So it was deducted. I wish Rove made it more clear or better itemized on your statement/receipt of your purchase price- discount- vouchers used- member discounts and your total cost.
I wish the ‘chat’ service was always available- like they advertise, unfortunately it is not. Especially around Holidays when sales are going on. I am pleased that the site does let you know what fabrics and colors are in stock and which ones are special order. They also give an expected arrival date to their warehouse. I also like that they give a nice close up view of the color you selected. It’s quite close to actual product. They give dimensions and show the product in multiple views on other products to give better perspective on size. They have now began listing the number of pillows given with each piece of furniture! Thanks Rove! There is a discrepancy I found on the subject of delivery of furniture. The definition of where they actually will deliver to contradicts itself. Please review this and make it more clear. Overall I had a good experience ordering these pillows , except for not getting or knowing if I really received my $50 discount. I have had great experiences with Rove Concepts customer service. They have gone above and beyond helping me and making me feel important and special, so I am not worried that they will fix this issue. Oh and the best part of shopping and becoming a member of Rove Concepts is you get a % of money back that you spent on products that you can spend as CASH for your next purchase! How awesome is that.
