We had a very pleasant experience with Rove Concepts. I’ve contacted customer service several times about my order and they always replied within a few days. Our sofa, table and chairs arrived today and the delivery personnels were very nice. They assembled all our furniture (white glove delivery) in one hour.
The quality of the furniture are above average, but not exceptional. The designs are modern, clean and simple. We are very happy with our purchase.
We will order more furniture from Rove with the voucher they gave us.
Hopefully our next order will also be as pleasant.
