Website Ordering Experience
Hello,
I attempted to purchase the Ophelia Bed online on Monday 1/11/21 but the site was running incredibly slow & I couldn't even get past the "member join" portion so I wasn't able to complete an online purchase.
I called in to speak to a rep but got a recording to "try my call another time" as they were experiencing high call volumes. I then attempted the online chat and they got a rep to call me & she was able to complete my order by phone.
It was a little frustrating that it took well over an hour just to make a purchase.
Additionally, I had placed an online order for swatches on Friday Jan 1 & chatted with a rep on Monday 1/4 just to find out when I could expect the swatches so that I could see the material prior to purchase. She said that I would receive by Thurs 1/7 but they never arrived, so I had to purchase the bed without swatches because I wanted to take advantage of the 24hr Flash Sale on 1/11.
I love your products, but your website could really use some attention as it was a rather frustrating experience.
