I was able to use the concierge to ask a question and they got back to me promptly and were very friendly. I easily made my purchase. I love all the photography and lookbooks provided for the collections. I am sad that everything I have ordered so far (2 chairs and pillow) are pre-order items so I have to wait a few months for them, but I am just so excited for them to arrive! :) I do think the website overall has a slow load speed, but it all works fine.
