Unfortunate issue with our order
Unfortunately we purchased counter stools that were described as “black” and the colour was definitely not black which made it very difficult for us since it didn’t match our decor and we had to return it and had to repackage each item and spend 300 dollars to have it picked up and then returned for which we were not compensated.
The entire purchase amount was refunded but I am very disappointed since the misleading description is what made me assume that black will be black and not grey as in any world black means black.
Anyways lesson learnt, but I hope that rove will correct the description so as not to mislead anyone else.
We had already waited over 16 weeks for this item and would have to wait another 16-20 weeks for another order and therefore decided to go elsewhere.
Originally we were told we will receive this item in October and then it got bumped to December, so even though we would like to continue to do business with Rove we feel a little disheartened as we spend more than we would elsewhere but in turn have to pay for delivery even though clearly it was an error in description.
