Long awaited delivery

This is a review about the experience- not just the bed. Bed- 5 stars! Gorgeous bed with gorgeous wood, love the pillow board, sturdy, easy enough to put together. The bed had quite a few hiccups getting here. One box arrived damaged to the shipping company to the point that the items inside were damaged. So they shipped it back, and we waited. I asked Rove if our $200 shipping fee would be prorated since the shipping didn’t quite live up to $200 standards. They said no but we got Rove credits. When I tracked our replacement a month 5 ish weeks later, it was all at the delivery company, but no one communicated to us, and to schedule a delivery, the website was broken, and I waited on hold for just over 2 hours to schedule a delivery. As delivery day comes, my husband leaves work early, and the delivery company has 3 of 4 boxes to make the bed... a couple days later, we had all items! The local delivery company, Pilot, out of Kent, WA was actually very nice and apologetic for all the issues and made it better. The bed was put together nicely and looks wonderful.
