I ordered the Winston dinning table from them which I have yet to recieve. So far the experience with customer care service has been great . They response time was pretty good , I requested the chat person to call me rather than clarifying my questions about voucher and shipping over the chat. There was a mistale in the voucher they sent me and upon my asking them to correct the amount , they sent the confirmation email with correct voucher amount without any fuss .
