Very good experience! With just a minor hiccup.

Pros
-The sale was great, as is the cost of membership and the offer for a voucher.
-The product videos and look book are immensely helpful when purchasing sight unseen

Room for improvement
-The website is very slow making navigation at times painful
-CB2 and other vendors offer augmented VR where you can view the furniture item in your home, that would be an amazing addition given your showroom is in CA. Otherwise an NYC showroom would also be great.
