Impressed with my experiences with Rove. Sectional delivery was smooth. The delivery people were polite and professional. When they discovered that the legs that had been sent along were the wrong colour they submitted a ticket for us and within a few days came back and installed the legs.

I returned to buy some throw pillows and had some issues checking out. The concierge was on it in a flash. And even though I got pulled away and couldn't keep chatting, they came through for me.

The couch itself? It's better than I could have hoped. It's firm and comfortable. The only issue is my partner keeps taking the chaise lounge section :) Can't wait to add the throw pillows on it!
