This is a review of just the ordering process and not in the quality of items in my order as they have not been received yet. I did all my ordering online without assistance of the customer service support. The actual ordering was easy as online shopping should be. I read the reviews of items and found what I was looking for with ease. The website is very slow and takes a long time to load pictures especially when you are trying to flip between 2 items for comparison. The website also twice sent me to an error page where I was instructed to wait for a minute then click refresh. A little bit annoying and added to the time but it all worked in the end and I managed to successfully order what I was looking for. I will leave a review on quality and delivery once things are in my possession.
