I picked up my chair today

I picked up my chair today. One guy in the warehouse
came right away to get my order number. He left and another guy came to help. Great attitude. Let them know please.
So why 3 stars and not 5 stars?
One of the chair leg plastic protector cap is missing. The chair is uneven and will eventually scratch my wood floor. Can you mail me an identical cap please? Please let me know. I really like the chair and planning to buy 3 more to complete the order for my new dining table that's coming tomorrow. But with the missing leg cap, it seemed inconsequential not until you sit on the uneven chair and the wood floor get scratch marks. Hope you understand. Please reply. Thank you .
