Seems great but tighten the screws
Love the product selection and decided to become a member. This may be old school, but I would have expected a welcome phone call from a concierge. I also ordered quite a bit of product on my first order and would have loved a reduction in the shipping costs or the ability to apply my loyalty credit back to the shipping costs.
