The First time I reached out to get information on some furniture pieces from online, I didn't get what I needed. Which was a quote/proposal with ETA's, this was last week 3/2/21. I had to go back online and request another one and the person on Chat asked if I needed ETA's I said sure. I asked if he would be sending me a proposal, he said no, that I would need to purchase online or he could request someone to send me a quote. I didn't find any of the Chat staff that helpful. I previously asked for a bulk discount which you don't offer. Very short, not that friendly.
