I've ordered a few things from Rove and the quality is incredible!! I was looking to purchase a new sectional couch that I've been lusting after for a while, But if you've moved you know how crazy it can be with closing dates delays other things that are shipping to your house moving and all the coordination chaos that goes along with that. I contacted Support and let them know that I wanted to place the order so I could secure one of the last two Sectionals that were left. But obviously I didn't want the sofa delivered to my apartment I really needed them to hold it until my closing date which may be around the end of April but I still don't know. They respond to me super quickly and understood and said no problem will hold it in the warehouse and just let us know when you need it. What a huge help and not having to have a delivered to my apartment where I have no room and then ultimately have to bring it to the new house which would be a big pain. They're just gonna hang onto it and then ultimately I can have it at my new place that I am ideally moving into in April!
