Purchasing the product was easy and seamless. However, when I first went to the site it was not showing a product that I purchased two weeks ago and needed another to complete the set. Luckily about 15 minutes later, the product showed back up, so I quickly hit purchase. The cost and shipping is high, so I was glad to be able complete the set of counter stools as it would have been a huge waste of money if I would have had to replace.
