Ordered 3 separate pieces of the Hugo modular collection but 1 piece was in stock while other 2 custom. I wanted all 3 custom to ensure dye lots matched for each piece. Chat was very friendly and told me they’d have someone call to place my order. Someone called within the next 5 minutes and placed over the hone ensure all 3 pieces were custom. Now I just get to wait 12-16 weeks to see the product. Good customer service so far.
