However, there are some areas for improvement. For example, there was a glitch with the dates my items were available so I will be receiving them much later than expected. Additionally, the delivery process seems unnecessarily complicated, especially for the pricey flat rates you are paying. For my first order, I received tracking information a week ago and it has yet to be updated. Finally, the delay in receiving the member voucher is inconvenient. It incentivizes me to either wait or look elsewhere.
