From my very first contact with Rove, the response has been very satisfactory. I requested swatches and received them within a few days. I love this option (especially with the online purchasing it was so nice to actually see and touch the fabric options). I found their website easy to navigate and very clear in explanations. And now, I can hardly wait to receive my order!
