Overall the design and experience was great, however when I went to check out the first time, the charge for the membership fee appeared but not the amount for member pricing.

I declined the purchase, had to go in and purchase the membership first and then go back in and purchase the sofa to get the member price to appear.

Other than that, wonderful looking items and ease of use in purchasing.
