Love the designs, shipping experience could be improved
I love rove concepts designs, I just wish the shipping time was a bit more accurate. For a while, the platform showed my bedframe arriving 3/18. On 3/18 I was prompted to select a date for delivery and the earliest day was 3/31. A bit disappointing to expect arrival on 3/18 and day of be notified it won't arrive for almost two weeks after.

As we work with third party carriers, we do our best to provide estimates on when the orders are anticipated to be delivered, but unfortunately the available delivery windows are determined by the carrier. As we continue to grow, we are working hard to bring inhouse shipping in the future to provide better service from end to end for our customers and to make scheduling deliveries easier.
