I have bought furniture from Rove…
I have bought furniture from Rove before and I loved the service and quality.
However, I placed my order on March 9/21 and I haven’t received an update on shipping/pick up yet. This review is dated on March 22/21.
I understand the current implications due to Covid, but an update and communication on the progress would be greatly appreciated.
I’m not a fan when companies are quick cashing on payments of the customers and falling short on their customer service.
