Customer service is challenging

Customer service is impossible to reach.

Delays are common with order confirmations.

This is the second order I've placed in the last two weeks and when one speaks with Cust. Svce., the representatives have very little authority or ability to bring issues to their superiors.

If I were running this dept., I would have much more transparency and urgency of getting back to the customer. If someone spends $3000 and feels this way, I would be jumping on it knowing they could be a $10,000 plus account.
