I had trouble checking out in my cart

I had trouble checking out in my cart. I became a member, then went to purchase my item. When I got to the check out cart it has a check box to use your address from your membership info instead of typing it in.
When I hit the check box it only auto filled my apartment number. When I tried again it put my address where my name was. I had to try 7 times and ended up typing everything in again. I almost gave up on my purchase.
