The product is good, make no mistake. It's great value for what you are paying. However, time and time again I have had issues with Rove's overall business sense and service. For example, they offer a voucher of a certain % off your order that you can use, but you then find out the voucher isn't actually released and can actually be used until 30 days after your order is delivered...So couple that with the fact that orders on average take 4+ months to fulfill - you have a useless voucher you can't use for 5 months. From a customer standpoint, this makes zero sense and makes it seem like ROVE doesn't actually want you to benefit and actually use this in reality - it's like they want you to get so frustrated with the system and just forget about it. It's really disappointing because they have great product, if only their business sense matched. I want to be a brand ambassador to this company so much.... but they just make it really difficult.
