Unable to reach customer service
I placed an order (773689) Saturday morning and a couple of hours later, realized the size of the chairs would not go with my dining table. I tried calling customer service but this option was not available, there was no one answering calls on a Saturday. I sent an email to the concierge and I tried for 2 hours to use the “ chat” option. I finally figured it out ( I’m totally computer savvy however the chat box disappears while you are typing which made me think this was not working) and I was able to get someone to help me via chat. The chat person was very helpful and I was told they contacted the warehouse and my order will be canceled. It’s been over 48 hours since my last communication and I have still not received a reply to my email or some kind of confirmation for my cancellation. Since I had spent over a thousand dollars, I wanted the peace of mind that my cancelation is being processed.
This site looks great and I would consider shopping here in the future but i don’t like the fact that I have still not heard back from anyone. Returns or cancellations should not be this difficult , especially when they are done same day as the order.
